Welcome to Catherine McAuley ~ Reception Transition
At Catherine McAuley School great importance is placed on your child's orientation and start to school to ensure a positive and smooth transition.
Our Reception teachers visit the children at their Kindergarten site.
Our staff meet with Kindy teachers to gather information to assist with the students classroom placement.
Our Small Mercies program also assists children with starting school.
Children also have the opportunity to visit their class and teacher (during formal visits) prior to officially starting the school term.
